Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern ticket purchases made through EU Events ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

1. Tickets

Tickets are issued electronically as a PDF containing a unique identifier per attendee. Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless the event page states otherwise. Please bring a valid ID and your ticket (digital or printed) to the event.

2. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in EUR and include any applicable fees unless stated otherwise. Card payments are verified server-side before a ticket is issued. Bank transfer orders are held as "Awaiting Payment" until we manually confirm receipt of funds.

3. Refunds & changes

Refund and exchange policies are set per event and communicated at the time of purchase or via the event organiser. Please contact us with your order reference for any request.

4. Liability

Attendance at events is at your own risk. We are not responsible for event changes, postponements or cancellations made by the organiser, though we will help communicate any such changes.
