Общи условия

These Общи условия govern ticket purchases made through EU Събития ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

1. Билети

Билети are issued electronically as a PDF containing a unique identifier per attendee. Билети are personal и non-transferable unless the event page states otherwise. Please bring a valid ID и your ticket (digital or printed) to the event.

2. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in EUR и include any applicable fees unless stated otherwise. Карта payments are verified server-side before a ticket is issued. Банков превод orders are held as "Awaiting Плащане" until we manually confirm receipt of funds.

3. Refunds & changes

Refund и exchange policies are set per event и communicated at the time of purchase or via the event organiser. Please contact us with your order reference for any request.

4. Liability

Attendance at events is at your own risk. We are not responsible for event changes, postponements or cancellations made by the organiser, though we will help communicate any such changes.
